Not much news to share. The new season has started and we are rolling along with it.

Our team is shrinking due to people not racing or making effort for >10-14 days, as well as team membership is by invite only. Thank you to those who race regularly and are committed to the team.

Remember the team requirements:

• Ten races a day on join day and 10 races a day (or 70 races a week) after that. I appreciate that some like to do their racing over some days instead of daily. If you haven't raced for ten days you are likely to get the boot.
• 92% accuracy minimum. (If you are making effort and improving, that counts as good!)
  
  

There *may* be a little grace with the above requirements but do know those who are lacking in effort will get "The Boot". Remain active, engaged, and continually improving. Not racing ten races on join day is *very* likely to get you the boot.

Team membership is by invite only.

For those who have fulfilled the team requirements there will be end of season comps for those who were top at "something" (like speed, number of season team races, etc.). That said, NitroType has stated they will do away with the paying other NT cash system, so that will of course change how comps, etc. happen. If they can happen...

And if you are already on the team and do not meet the requirements, no worries! Those of you who remain active, engaged, and improving will receive grace from "The Boot". But you do need to keep making good effort to improve as you all have been!!!

There will be comps midseason and end of season for those who have fulfilled the team requirements and have accuracy 97% or higher. There will also be other camps for those who were top at "something" (like speed, number of season team races, etc.).

We did not make a mid-season team average of 96%. But we did grow a lot as a team! We have more racers making improvements to their accuracy and speed and racing daily! We are definitely on track (no pun intended) to make the top 100 leaderboard. And stay there! Go team Wild Pixies!!!

Comp in progress!

If we have a current season team average of 96% on FEB 29 when the shop puts our their new stuff I will pay 100k NT$ to all team members with at least 300 team season point earning races by that time. If we have a current season team average of 98% I will pay 1 million NT$ to all team members who have at least 300 team season point earning races by that time. So going forward remember: slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Accuracy before speed...

"_Smasher_", you have been with us since the beginning. Thank you for your loyalty and active support. I truly appreciate you always working to improve yourself and your team.

Congratulations to “_Smasher_” who won the accuracy blitz! Of the three team members who raced during the blitz, excluding me, “_Smasher_” had the highest accuracy at 96.59%. The team comp is still in progress and I KNOW we can all do better with our accuracy. I might do another comp challenge before this season ends so stay tuned and keep racing!
